Integrations bring tasks, dates and messages into Fernleaf from other tools, and send updates back. They are available on the Team and Business plans.

Connect an app
- Open Settings, then Integrations.
- Choose the app and select Connect.
- Sign in to the other app when asked and approve the permissions listed.
- Choose what to share: tasks, dates, or both.
You can disconnect at any time from the same page. Disconnecting stops new data flowing; it does not delete what has already arrived.
Integration questions
Which permissions does an integration ask for?
Only what it needs, and the list is shown before you approve. Calendar Bridge, for example, asks to read and write events, never your mail.
Why are my calendar events late to appear?
Calendar events sync every five minutes. If one is missing after ten, disconnect and reconnect the calendar.
Can I build my own integration?
Yes. Business workspaces can create access tokens under Settings, then Developers.
